JOB ADVERT Carlcare Sarl (Transsion Holdings) is looking for Technician. Key Accountabilities: Carry out several tests to check the overall performance of a phone, Fixing problems with electronic hardware, Replacing damaged hardware on devices, such as the screen, buttons or battery. Follow up with the customer experience satisfaction. Qualifications and Experience: Should have an HND/BTS in Computer science/electronics; At least 1 year of experience in electronics and electricity work; Knowledge on android phones; Skilled in diagnosis of android phones problems. Capabilities and Skills : Open minded, smart, and responsible Person, Ability to solve new problem; Good communication skills; Fluent in English (written and spoken); A dynamic person; Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure.
