Key Accountabilities: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing goals for Itel Mobile. Craft and curate captivating social media content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with Itel Mobile's brand identity and resonates with target audiences. Continuously monitor, analyze, and evaluate social media performance using key metrics to optimize strategies, measure impact, and take inform future campaigns decisions. Stay Up-to-date of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and cutting-edge tools to ensure Itel Mobile maintains a competitive edge in the digital marketing landscape. Actively engage with the online community, respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages, and cultivate a positive brand reputation on social media. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives, brand messaging, and promotional campaigns. Conceptualize, plan, and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns to promote Itel Mobile's products, events, and brand initiatives. Effectively manage social media budgets, allocate resources strategically, and optimize spending to maximize return on investment (ROI) across various social media platforms. Qualifications and Experience: Should have a Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences/Digital Marketing /Marketing ; Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry is an advantage. In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a specific focus on telecommunications strategies. Proficient in content creation and design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions for telecommunications or related industry marketing.
