To reinforce the Business Team at the branches, UNICS Plc is seeking applications from full-time suitable candidates for the Position of a Regional Coordinator who will be ready to work at the Littoral Region. Overall Responsibility: The Regional Coordinator is to oversee the execution of the new business orientation designed to ensure sustainability, profitability and excellent customer experience in all the branches of the Littoral Region. Special attention is given to the following KPIs (New customer portfolio, Healthy credit granting, Deposit mobilization, Loan Recovery, product innovation/development, sales of other financial services). Key Responsibilities: In order to successfully achieve the purpose of this role, the position holder will: Elaborate development strategies for branches in the region Monitoring feedback from branches in the region for the development of commercial strategies and actions and transmission of a monthly report to Management, Propose promotional actions based on attainment of results, Work with branches to onboard major accounts and credit needs of SME and other key portfolios Maintain a positive customer relationship, planning and delivering effective marketing strategies and monitoring the progress of new and existing financial products.
