Key Responsibilities: Design and develop engaging and responsive websites, ensuring high quality and user satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs. Utilize tools such as Figma, Adobe Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, and others to create mockups, prototypes, and graphics. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design processes and outcomes. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Requirements: Proven experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field (preferred).
