RECRUITMENT NOTICE As part of the maintenance of the electrical and electronic systems of its runway machines and operational assistance vehicles, Cameroon Airports Plc (ADC S.A.) is looking for Automotive Electrical Technicians meeting the profiles described below: JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Chief of the Workshop and Repairs Section, the main role of the Automotive Electrical Maintenance Technician is to repair and maintain the electrical, electronic and hydraulic systems on trackside machines and operational support vehicles(battery, alternator, air conditioning, alarms, windows, etc.). The aim of the job is to install new equipment, apply manufacturers' recommendations and ensure that electrical, electronic and hydraulic maitenance operations run smoothly, in compliance with safety and quality procedures as well as environmental standards. PRIMARY ACTIVITIES: Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the electrical system of trackside and support vehicles; Carry out the necessary diagnosis and identify the source of fault, and be able to detect a malfunction; Prepare an intervention plan with the Chief of the Workshop/Electrical and Repairs section; Carry out repairs on electrical parts and change electrical and electronic components that are out of service; Make necessary adjustments; Carry out systematic maintenance(overhaul of the vehicle's electrical and electronic systems); Apply individual HSCT rules on maintenance work and use the GHM; In collaboration with the Chief of the Workshop/Electrical and Repairs sectio, ensure that the electrical/electronic parts are returned to the warehouse if necessary, and depending on the work performed; Provide daily details of all electrical repairs done in a logbook; Submit ideas to your direct hierarchy for solving electrical problems. REQUIRED SKILLS: Have an in-depth practical knowledge of electrical systems; Be able to read and interpret electrical and electronic diagrams; Have a mastery of work safety procedures in the field of electricity(electrical safety); Have solid skills in electrical and industrial IT technologies; …
