JOB ADVERT We are looking for RECEPTIONNIST. Key Accountabilities: Serves visitors and clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately, listening to customers Identify telephone-related problems, Submit a report of phone issues daily to the technician Be the link between the client and the technician or any related department of phone repairs Be customer relation and customer satisfaction oriented. Qualifications and Experience: Should have an HND/BTS in communication or related area; At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; Skilled in using Excel, Word, Power-point software; Basic knowledge on Typing. Capabilities and Skills : Open minded , smart , and responsible Person, Ability to solve new problem; Good communication skills; Fluent in English (written and spoken); Good Analytical skills; A dynamic person; Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure.
