JOB ADVERT PRODUCT MARKET MANAGER - WEST AND CENTRAL AFRICA (FRANCOPHONE) Our company (OMNITOUCH) has a research and innovation center where we develop value added products and services for various industries (general retail, media and entertainment, e-commerce, insurance, mobile banking, etc) We are looking for someone who has: a mix of analytical and operational prowess to design and market great products and services, the strategic, innovative and creative thinking that is required to develop outside the box solutions, the emotional intelligence and humility needed to manage complex situations. As a Product Market Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of product development initiatives in the region (Sub-Saharan Africa French speaking countries) You need to be an expert in the followings: Advanced techniques of market research and market analysis Value proposition design and execution Offer design, implementation, launch, follow up Product Marketing and Go to Market (ATL, BTL) Your candidacy will stand high if you have knowledges in: Economics (microeconomics, macroeconomics, statistics, econometrics) Finance and Accounting (financial analysis, managerial finance, cost accounting, managerial accounting, financial accounting) Digital Marketing Sales and Negotiation Project Management Soft skills required for this position: You're curious and love to acquire a deep understanding You can easily find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multidisciplinary problems You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments People you've worked with in the past speak high of you, so much so, they consider yourself as an extremely talented work mate, a very good manager, and a great leader You have an ambition that make some people think you are crazy, while inspiring others It will be an advantage if you have the following skills: Deep analytical and quantitative skills Experience using agile methods (design thinking, lean start-up, scrum) Excellent client relationship management skills (including senior executive level) Experience …
