We minimize manual work and transfer knowledge more effectively Your Role & Contribution: Design and update job descriptions Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Synchronization with other Talent Development Methods Creating and improving material for recruitment and HR-development Conduct candidates interviews and assessments.
